Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, excluding weekends and major holidays. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible, however please allow 24­ - 48 hours to receive a response.

What is the return policy?


If for some reason you would like to return your product, first you must reach out to our customer service team at Sales@MurdyCreative.Co to begin the process. Any order returned without prior approval will NOT be eligible for refund. Please send it to:

Please include your order number on the outside of the package as well as the email chain with approval of return in the package! Once we received your returned item, we will review it and be in contact with you about a refund.

Is my item covered by a warranty?

Any of the Murdy Creative Co. Brand Leather Products are covered by our warranty. You can read more about the details of our warranty policy here.

When will my order ship?

Our lead time fluctuates from 1-5 business days to craft and 2-3 business days in transit (tracked and insured via USPS Priority Mail). Please feel free to contact us for the most up-to-date lead time as well as an estimated ship date. 

Is it refillable?

Yes! All of our products are designed to be refilled! The Murdy No.1 holds regular letter paper punched with a standard three hole punch. The Murdy No. 2 holds hardcover journals (such as a Moleskine and Leuchtturm1917). The Murdy No. 3 holds a regular legal pad secure with three steel posts through the back cardboard cover. Our YouTube channel has video tutorials on how to refill the Murdy No.1 as well as replacing the insert for the Murdy No. 2.

Do you offer bulk/wholesale discounts?

We do offer bulk discounts for large one time purchases based off the quantity ordered. For the best quote, please send an email inquiry to Sales@MurdyCreative.Co with your desired quantity information. At this time we are working on a pilot program for retail/resellers/wholesalers as well. Please send your request for more information to Sales@MurdyCreative.Co and we can cover more details.

Can I get custom engraving for my order?

Yes you can! Send us an email at Sales@MurdyCreative.Co with information on what you would like engraved and files of the images attached. We will provide you with a free mock-up and custom order link. We can also engrave custom text and fonts. We cannot engrave copyright protected images such as military seals, for example, without written permission to use the image for this purpose. Colorful images, gradients, and photographs do not work as well with our laser engraving software.

Do you make custom products?

Unfortunately with the way our shop is set up, we are currently unable to make new products or alter existing ones. If you have an idea for something you think we should offer, please send us an email at Sales@MurdyCreative.Co with your suggestion. Feedback from people like you has shaped our products and we appreciate your ideas.

Can I purchase a gift card?

We do offer gift cards! Send us an email at Sales@MurdyCreative.Co to get one set up for you.

How do I maintain the leather?

Your leather does not need to be oiled, but we do recommend using saddle soap such as Fiebing's White Saddle Soap to buff out scratches and scuffs.
